Today, I stand in my silver-hair era with gratitude, confidence, and a mission to help other women embrace their own powerful seasons of life.

I’m a passionate advocate for pro-aging, holistic wellness, and living with intention. Through my personal brand, I share content on silver hair beauty, HRT journeys, fitness, body confidence, and everyday luxury — sparking meaningful conversations for women who are redefining what it means to age.

As a speaker, I’ve keynoted for global brands like Accenture, Luxury Brand Partners, and the SBA Regional Women’s Conference. My work has been featured in Forbes, Entrepreneur, Cosmopolitan, Glamour, Fast Company, CNBC, Marie Claire, and ABC’s Good Morning America. I’ve also collaborated with brands like Rent the Runway, Jones Road Beauty, Royal Caribbean, Humana, Audible, bareMinerals, and more — proudly representing the beauty and vitality of women over 50.

Through my 20+ years of experience as a business strategist and coach, I’ve worked with hundreds of entrepreneurs, consulted with municipalities, and advised Miami-Dade County’s Thrive 305 Initiative, impacting over 70,000 residents. As the founder of FemCity®, I’ve grown our movement to 50+ locations with collaborations that include Google, Saks Fifth Avenue, Neiman Marcus, and Macy’s — all built on the belief that women are better together.

Beyond business, I’m deeply committed to philanthropy and community — from serving as Chair of Community Outreach for the Miami Rowing Club to mentoring young women through United Way and the Girl Scouts.

And when I’m not creating or leading? You’ll usually find me thrifting vintage treasures, tending my Miami garden, working on my Spanish home renovation, traveling through Europe, or soaking up time with my family.
